[IMPORTANT] April 7, 2026: Action Required for C3 Portal Certificate Update
C3 Portal will be upgraded on April 7, 2026, from 0:00 to 3:00 (UTC).
In this upgrade, the DigiCert server certificate will be changed from Generation 1 to Generation 2.
Due to this change, if you are currently using the following features on C3 Portal, you will need to update your certificates:
1. Connecting to C3 Portal using the camera's Network Client Mode (NCM)
2. Transferring files to C3 Portal Ingest Server using the camera's file transfer function
Please note: After this upgrade, cameras without updated certificates will no longer be able to connect to C3 Portal using these features.
